Lakers Might Do Well by Also Not Repeating Mistakes of 1985-86
How could one athletic team like the Lakers completely dominate all others during the regular season and, with the playoffs, play like a different team?
Perhaps winning was such a casual habit for those many months that it didn’t take that much effort. So, when the playoffs began, the Lakers were so over-confident or rusty that they couldn’t get up the firepower to win as they could and should have. Well, maybe they learned something constructive from this.
