Proposition 43: Parks Bond Issue

I was pleased to read that you support Proposition 43. Within the last five years I have noticed our park facilities have been deteriorating because of the lack of funds necessary to restore them. The Community Parklands Act of 1986 will provide the extra money that is needed to renovate and enhance the appearance and atmosphere of Southern California’s recreational areas.

I frequently use and enjoy almost all of the privileges that our parks offer, and would hate to see the eventual deterioration of these areas. I will vote Yes on Proposition 43 and I urge everyone who enjoys these recreational facilities to do the same.
