Sources said Viacom International’s board met Sunday night and Monday morning, reportedly to consider buying back the 17% stake owned by Carl C. Icahn and affiliated investors for a combination of cash and warrants. Viacom Senior Vice President Ronald Lightstone declined comment but did confirm that a Viacom debt-and-equity offering has not yet cleared the SEC.
