Health Care Property Investors Reports Gain
Health Care Property Investors Inc., a Costa Mesa-based real estate investment trust that specializes in buying hospitals and related health care facilities, Tuesday reported net income of $2 million for the first quarter. Revenue during the three months ended March 31 was $5.5 million.
