Gridley Plaza in Construction
An October completion is scheduled for the $4-million, 30,000-square-foot Gridley Plaza commercial complex at Gridley Road and 183rd Street in Artesia.
Developed by Larcon Development Inc., San Bernardino, the three-story facility will have 12,000 square feet of medical office space, with the main tenant the Los Cerritos Medical Center. The remaining space will be devoted to ground-floor retail uses.
The architect is Gerald Shingleton, San Bernardino, and the general contractor is Joseph E. Bonadiman Inc., San Bernardino. The project is being built in cooperation with the nearby Bellwood General Hospital and Paracelsus Healthcare Corp.
