Turney’s 72 Leads Saddleback in Golf Meet

Scott Turney of Saddleback College shot an even par 72 to help the Gauchos to a South Coast Conference win in golf Monday at the Rio Hondo Golf Course in Downey.

Saddleback shot 376 as a team, beating Rancho Santiago’s 387 and Fullerton’s 392. Cerritos finished at 393, Golden West 401, Orange Coast 408, Cypress 422 and Mt. SAC 439.
