Amid heavy security in U.S. District Court, Mutula Shakur, 35, alleged leader of the revolutionary Black Liberation Army, was ordered sent to New York City today to face murder and robbery charges in connection with an armored car robbery and the murder of two policemen and a Brink’s guard more than four years ago.

Shakur was tracked down in West Los Angeles last week by two undercover officers. The FBI said that with Shakur’s arrest, the government has in custody all but one of half a dozen radicals sought in the $1.5-million robbery of a Brink’s armored car in Nanuet, N.Y., in October, 1981.
