Misuse of Child Seats Found to Be Dangerous

WASHINGTON — Most states now have laws requiring small children to be placed in restraining seats when in autos, but officials warn that many are being endangered by improper use of the seats.
The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety warns that as many as 65% of child car seats may be being used improperly.
