Work Started on 200 Homes

Work has begun on the first 200 single-family units in the 2,000-acre, master-planned Rancho del Oro project in Oceanside.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services is handling sales and leasing for the 762-acre Rancho del Oro Technology Park, where two buildings have already been completed and other construction is expected to begin this spring.
