In “Stairway Builder to the Stars” (by David T. Friendly, Dec. 15) reference was made to “two giant signs--both on La Cienega Boulevard, not more than two miles apart--boasting the same claim: “Car Stereo Store to the Stars,” implying that this statement referred to two different places of business.
Had your reporter checked his facts, he would have quickly discovered that both signs refer to the same place of business--”Electronic Entertainment, Inc.”--and, furthermore, that our logo states that we are a stereo store of the stars, not to the stars. Indeed, our clientele is comprised of more than 50 Grammy- and Oscar-winning stars.
We appreciate your attention to this misrepresentation, and respectfully invite you and your reporters to visit either of our two stores for some “sound” advice.
