Rep. Daniel to Run Again

DANVILLE, Va. — Rep. W. C. (Dan) Daniel will run for a 10th term in the House, a spokesman for the congressman said Monday. Daniel, 71, a Democrat, is under investigation because of allegations that he reported travel expenses improperly.
