Zero Corp. Acquires San Diego Firm
Burbank-based Zero Corp. said it completed its acquisition of Electronic Solutions of San Diego for an undisclosed amount of cash. Zero said Electronic Solutions, which makes computer circuit systems, has annual sales exceeding $7 million.
Zero’s main business is making enclosures and accessories for the electronics industry, including cabinets, cases and cooling equipment, along with circuitry. It also makes the Zero Halliburton line of aluminum luggage and camera cases.
Ten-year-old Electronic Solutions, which has about 85 employees, will remain in San Diego, said Ronald Felker, the company’s vice president for marketing.
