The City of Los Angeles’ float in the Tournament of Roses Parade on New Year’s Day will be dedicated to the Fire Department, which will celebrate its centennial next year. Fire Chief Donald Manning will ride on the float along with two department Medal of Valor winners, paramedic Mary Jo Zahayna and firefighter John Garcia.
