California Firms Cited by NAIOP
A brochure for the city of Santa Ana entitled “Santa Ana: The Center of Attention†captured a first place award in the 1985 Literature of the Year Awards program sponsored by the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Parks.
The winning brochure, prepared under the direction by Robyn Simpson, Santa Ana’s development manager, was among four awards that went to projects in California. The awards were presented at the group’s annual conference in Toronto.
The other California winners: Northridge Industrial Center, Western System Financial, West Los Angeles, third place award; 2681 Kelvin Avenue, Irvine, Grubb & Ellis, Newport Beach, third place award, and The Irvine Journal, the Shidler Group, Santa Ana, honorable mention.
