Sales, Marketing Unit Elects Slate of Officers for Next Year

Kathleen Dantagnan, marketing vice president of GLENFED Development, has been elected 1986 president of the Sales & Marketing Council of Los Angeles-Ventura-Santa Barbara, an affiliate of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California.
She served as first vice president of the council this year and also was chairwoman of the recent ELAN awards program.
Other officers are: Mike Peralta, Homes For Sale magazine, first vice president; Robert A. Perlberg, RAP Communications Inc., second vice president; Condit Wixon, M.J. Brock & Sons, secretary; Ed O’Donnell, Ticor Title Insurance, treasurer; Bayne Sparks, executive counsel, and David Goldberg, immediate past president, Homes & Land magazine.
Directors include: Ava Busby, Color Design Art; Hal Cohen, ARCO Realty Co.; Ron Golden, Continental Land Title Co.; Hugo Hansen, Ticor Title Insurance; Herb Hirsh, Cambridge Development Group; Bob Jones, Weston Communities; David King, King Realty, and Patricia Logan, D & S Co.
