Rourke Takes Command as Air Force Secretary

WASHINGTON — Russell A. Rourke, the legislative liaison between the Pentagon and Congress for nearly five years, took over as Air Force secretary Friday.
Rourke, 53, a native of New York, replaces Verne Orr, who retired Nov. 30.
