Soviet Minister Demoted

MOSCOW — The Soviet Union announced Wednesday the removal of its minister of procurement to a junior government job in a continuing reorganization of the country’s agricultural and food supply industries. An official decree in the government daily Izvestia said that Grigory Zolotukhin, 74, minister of procurement since 1973, has become minister of bakery products.
