Train Service Returns to Normal in Japan

TOKYO — Japanese train services returned to normal today following leftist sabotage attacks that crippled the network and stalled 10 million commuters here on Friday.
Asakusabashi station was set on fire by leftist radicals during the morning rush hour Friday but opened as usual early today after all-night repair work.
Police arrested 48 people, including leaders of the leftist Chukaku-ha (Middle Revolutionary Faction) group, during the sabotage operation.
