Thieves Take Gold Records by Rock Guitarist Hendrix

SEATTLE — Thieves broke into the home of the father of the late rock and roll star Jimi Hendrix and made off with five of the singer-guitarist’s gold records, police said Monday.
The burglary was reported by James Hendrix, who lives in south Seattle. The records were the only items taken by the thieves.
