April Move-ins Scheduled at Carlsbad Development
April completion is scheduled for the first phase of the $20-million Carlsbad Pacific Center being developed by Caliber Development Inc., Irvine, and Copley Real Estate Advisors Inc., Boston.
The initial phase of the three-building development on a 6.5-acre site at the southwest corner of Interstate 5 and Palomar Airport Road in Carlsbad will consist of a 50,000-square-foot, three-story office building. Coldwell Banker is the leasing agent. Republic Bank, Houston, provided interim financing for the project.
Kraft-Gilley Architects, Irvine and Golemon & Rolfe Architects, Houston, designed the complex and Grant General Contractors, Carlsbad, is the contractor.
Tenants will have views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding flower fields. The exterior design includes reflective glass accented by bands of blue and white. Shower facilities are provided for use after jogging or swimming.
