Supreme Soviet to Meet

MOSCOW — The Supreme Soviet, the Soviet Union’s nominal Parliament, will hold its winter session Nov. 26, the news agency Tass said Saturday. The winter meeting, one of two annual parliamentary sessions, traditionally approves the Soviet budget for the following year.
