Conglomerates Lease Space
Two multinational conglomerates were involved when Allied Corp. leased to Eaton Corp. the 78,450-square-foot building at 9201 Independence Ave., Chatsworth.
The three-year, $1.75-million lease was negotiated by William D. Feldman Associates for Allied and by Coldwell Banker for Eaton.
