Major Center to Be Built in Pacific Beach
Trammell Crow Co. will develop a $12-million restaurant and specialty retail center in Pacific Beach that is expected to be a destination center for that beachfront community.
The Promenade at Pacific Beach will be a 75,000-square-foot retail center built on 2.3 acres of land west of Mission Boulevard, between Pacific Beach Drive and Reed Street.
The Promenade at Pacific Beach will be a two-story complex featuring restaurants with outdoor dining decks, a court area overlooking the Pacific Ocean and a number of small shops.
SGPA Planning & Architecture is the project architect. Snyder Langston will serve as the general contractor. Trammell Crow Co. will handle the leasing.
