Crown Pointe, a Chaparral Development Inc. collection of 25 single-family attached homes, opens today in Anaheim Hills.
Priced from $129,950 to $162,950, the homes are available in three floor plans with 1,250 to 1,626 square feet, two or three bedrooms, two baths and views of canyons and hills. Architects Richard Lewis & Associates designed the houses. There is a quarterly homeowners fee of $83.
A sales office is open daily except Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 5705 Hudson Bay Drive, reached from the Imperial Highway exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway. Move-ins are scheduled in mid-November.
