Compri Hotel to Rise This Fall

Design plans for the Compri Hotel in Rancho Bernardo have been completed by the architectural firm of Tucker, Sadler & Associates. The hotel, located on Bernardo Plaza Court, will have 210 guest rooms, three suites, and three meeting rooms.
Design plans also include a 4,500-square-foot recreation club and service area.
Developed by Compri Hotels and Park West Development Co., both of Phoenix, and Holmes & Reynolds Development Co., San Diego, the 106,000-square-foot hotel is estimated to cost $16.1 million. Construction is scheduled to begin later this fall and is expected to be completed in November, 1986.
