Completion is expected next summer on Del Amo Business Plaza, a $17-million, three-story garden office complex within the 62-acre Torrance Business Park in Torrance.
Developed by Meyer Investment Properties, the 108,000-square-foot complex will contain 94,000 square feet of leasable office space. The design by architect Paul Drag, AIA, Woodland Hills, features a landscaped central courtyard.
Construction and engineering for the project on the north side of Del Amo Boulevard, east of Hawthorne Boulevard, will be by Pacific Inland Constructors, a subsidiary of Meyer Investment Properties.
