James G. Stewart, a coordinator of microcomputer and computer audit activities at Arthur Young and Co.’s Los Angeles and Costa Mesa offices, has been appointed a partner in the accounting firm’s Costa Mesa office. A USC graduate who joined the Big Eight firm in 1975, Stewart is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
