Hungary to Fight Drugs

BUDAPEST, Hungary — Alarmed by the dramatic increase in drug abuse among teen-agers, Hungary announced that it will launch an anti-narcotics campaign that will include therapy and rehabilitation. It said there are at least 30,000 drug abusers in Hungary.
