The final two-story, $3.7-million, 28,400-square-foot building in Koll Center Newport has been leased, completing a project that began more than a dozen years ago.
The entire building was leased for a consideration of $7.4 million for 10 years to Sko-Fed Mortgage Corp., a firm that had been a tenant in a larger building in the 125-acre office development near John Wayne Airport.
Koll Center Newport--with 4 million square feet of office space, the Meridien Hotel, a private club and restaurants--is a joint-venture development of the Koll Co. and Aetna Life Insurance Co.
