Warmington Homes Opens First Phase

Warmington Homes today opens the first phase of its The Barrinson Collection project of 95 one- and two-story single-family homes at 5873 Ashley Court in Chino. November move-ins are expected for the 25-unit first phase, 14 of which have been sold.

The homes offer three and four bedrooms and two and 2 1/2 baths in 1,168 to 1,619 square feet. Prices range from $97,000 to $122,000, and both VA/FHA and conventional financing are available.

Features include central air conditioning, masonry fireplaces, cathedral ceilings, wood cabinetry and luminous ceilings in kitchens, covered front entryways, two-car garages, concrete driveways, tile roofs and side- and rear-yard fencing.

Four decorated models, one for each floor plan, are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m..
