ReadiCare Inc. of Irvine announced the resignations Friday of two of its founding board members: John Pappajohn, president of Equity Dynamics Inc., and Paul C. Barkley, president and chief executive of PSA Inc. and Pacific Southwest Airlines.
In a brief statement released by the Irvine-based health care center operators, ReadiCare said the two men resigned “in order to devote more time to their respective business interests.” Readicare officials could not be reached for comment Friday afternoon.
James Ripp, the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer, has been appointed a director to fill one of the vacancies.
