A court OKd Video Station’s reorganization plan.

Glendale-based-Video Station, a home videocassette distributor, said the U.S. bankruptcy court approved a plan of reorganization proposed by NCB Entertainment Group. Each holder of a claim accepted the plan. Video Station scheduled a board meeting today to implement the court’s approval.
