A hearing to consider revoking the entertainment permit for the Harbor Seafood Restaurant at the International Boardwalk was canceled this week when the city learned that the restaurant had been sold. City Manager Timothy Casey said the permit is not transferable. . . . The City Council this week renewed entertainment permits for three King Harbor restaurants, the Red Onion, Beachbum Burt’s and Sitar Indian Restaurant. . . . City officials will check into complaints this week from residents along Rindge Lane who say they do not want the new trackless trolley to run up their street because of noise and congestion.
