Asian Health Club at 5859 Melrose Ave. can no longer operate as a massage parlor but may be used as any other legitimate business pending trial of a civil suit claiming prostitution has occurred there. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Irving Shimer issued the order at the request of Deputy City Atty. Mary E. House, who said previous court orders had failed to halt prostitution. Shimer had closed the premises to all business for two weeks but eased that ruling to allow enterprises other than massage services until the case is tried in a few years.
