Armor All Products, a division of McKesson, Corp. of San Francisco, broke ground for its new world headquarters in the Irvine Corporate Park. The $3 million, two-story building will be ready for occupancy next spring. Armor All Products manufactures a chemical protectant for rubber, vinyl and plastic surfaces.

The Los Alamitos Corporate Center, a 36-acre project at Cerritos and Lexington avenues, has announced its first tenant--the Marriott Corp. The Marriott Corp. has agreed to lease 134,000 square feet of office and assembly space for preparation of in-flight meals for major airlines serving Southern California airports, as well as preparation of food for hotels and restaurants.

Saffell & McAdam, Inc., an Irvine-based general contractor, has begun construction on the $6.3 million headquarters for Setco Inc., a plastic packaging firm. The 12-acre project, at 4874 East Hunter Ave., Anaheim, will include warehouse and manufacturing facilities as well as a two-story office building.

Brown Interpacific, a Southern California paper supplier and custom packaging company, has moved its administrative, marketing and distribution offices to 1529 East McFadden Ave., Santa Ana. The seven-year-old company had been at 16500 Aston St., Irvine.

The McMahon Partnership, a Santa Ana architectural firm, has changed its name to The McMahon, Jones, Ray Partnership. The company also has moved its offices to 2020 E. First St., Santa Ana, a five-story building the firm designed.

Century American Corp., an Orange-based home building company, has created a commercial development subsidiary to build apartment complexes, shopping centers and industrial facilities. The new company, R.C. Hobbs Co., is a partnership between real estate entrepreneurs Roger C. Hobbs and Barry A. Cottle. Both companies are located at 1428 East Chapman Ave., Orange.

Crown Hardware has moved to expanded headquarters at 760 W. 16th St., Costa Mesa. Since opening its first store on Pacific Coast Highway in Corona del Mar 10 years ago, Crown has expanded to five stores. A sixth store is expected to open in Irvine next month.
