Geneva Corp., a Santa Ana-based financial services firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, named Robert W. Swaim vice president of human resources.
Swaim, 48, is the former president of La Costa-based Human Resources International. From 1980 to 1983, he was manager of human resources, planning and development for Occidental Petroleum Corp.’s worldwide exploration and production groups.
Pacific Regency Bank of El Toro said that John A. Lasch has joined its corporate banking group as vice president of small business administration loans. Prior to coming to Pacific Regency, Lasch was vice president and manager of Sumitomo Bank in Huntington Beach.
Fullerton-based Pioneer Bank has named Gerald V. Dicker, president of Dicker-Warmington Properties, to its nine-member board of directors.
Toby L. Maes has been named vice president and manager of Bank of America’s Cerritos branch. Maes had served as vice president and head of business banking for the Bank of America’s Whittier Area Management Group since 1984 and has 25 years of banking experience.
Union Bank announced the promotion of Jo Rivela to vice president and Mary Ann Jones to assistant vice president of its Orange County regional office in the city of Orange.
