Adm. Schrader to Retire

WASHINGTON — Vice Adm. Harry C. Schrader Jr., commander of naval surface forces in the Pacific, will retire Sept. 1, the Pentagon announced Tuesday. Schrader will be replaced by Vice Adm. George W. Davis Jr.
