Partnership Buys Torrance Office Building

Harborgate, a four-level office building at 1025 W. 190th St., Torrance, has been purchased by Dean Witter Realty Income Partnership I for more than $12 million. The transaction is the first Southern California purchase by the investment firm.
Both the seller, Terramics Properties Group, and the buyer were represented by Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. The largest tenant of the 70,500-square-foot building designed by Herbert Nadel AIA & Partners, Santa Monica, is GTE Sprint Communications Corp.
