Affording It

I’m sure that many readers enjoy reading about a travel destination much more if we can someday hope to visit there ourselves. Thus we are always concerned about costs, about if we can afford the place. Please urge your travel writers to include as many specific prices and dollar amounts in their articles as possible. And don’t tell us that a place is “moderate” or “expensive.” Tell us what it costs, and we’ll decide if it’s moderate or expensive or not.
There’s bound to be a tremendous variation in what your readers can afford or not afford. Just give us specific facts and actual dollar amounts, and we’ll make up our minds from there.
