Dr. Robert D. Kully, professor of speech communication at California State University, Los Angeles, has been appointed to a second two-year term as the faculty member of the Board of Trustees of the California State University by Gov. George Deukmejian. He is chairman of the board’s Organization and Rules Committee and a member of the education policy and campus planning, building and grounds committees.
