Engineer Chosen for Public Works Award

James P. Casey, director of engineering and development, city of San Diego, has been selected as one of the Top 10 Public Works Leaders of the Year for 1985.
Casey began his career with the city more than 28 years ago and his present duties include overseeing a department with 223 employees, an operating budget of $8.6 million and a $30-million capital improvement program.
