2 Indicted in Pentagon Steel Sale

A federal grand jury in Los Angeles today indicted two men for selling the Pentagon inferior steel that “potentially jeopardizes the life and safety of military personnel.â€
U.S. Atty. Robert Bonner said in Washington that Donald Bigalke, 53, of Garden Grove and Timothy Bigalke, 30, of Newport Beach were each charged with 15 counts of mail fraud through their District International Supply Co. It was not immediately known how the two men are related. Each faces a maximum sentence of 75 years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
