Three men and a teen-age boy were arrested Friday on suspicion of selling about $1,000 worth of heroin to undercover narcotics officers, Costa Mesa police said.
The arrests capped a two-month investigation into alleged narcotics sales out of a residential garage, at 2133 Continental St., where the suspects lived, Officer Chris Morris said. Police allegedly had made a number of heroin purchases from the four, in other transactions before Friday.
Morris said officers purchased about 80 “balloons,” or doses, of heroin at about 12:30 p.m. and then arrested the suspects.
Francisco Sotelo Morales, 39, Rafael Milan O’Campo, 23, and Tito Lopez Garcia, 23, were being held on $25,000 bail each in the Costa Mesa City Jail, Morris said. He said the 17-year-old suspect was taken to Orange County Juvenile Hall.
