Ticor Title Insurance Co. and Ticor Insurance Co. of California named three division presidents in a management restructuring.
“This change in structure will provide three basic centers, each nearly equivalent in size to our largest national competitors, for our title insurance management,” said Winston V. Morrow, chairman and chief executive of the two entities. “These new divisions will not only heighten the immediacy of our management but will enhance our competitive posture as well.”
The new presidents, all previously executive vice presidents, are: William D. Klimback, Pacific division; Billy F. Vaughn, Western and Southern division, and William T. Seitz, Northeastern division. Gerald L. Ippel will remain as corporate president.
William E. Sanders has been named senior vice president and director of information systems for Gibraltar Savings, Beverly Hills.
William L. Smith has been named vice president and general sales manager of Sitmar Cruises, Los Angeles.
J. Leo Sullivan has been appointed vice president and major loan manager of Western Federal Savings, Marina del Rey.
Richard I. Polver has been named a senior vice president and district manager of Crocker Bank’s California Banking Group, Los Angeles.
