A New-Fashioned ‘Roof Raising’ for Homeless Women

More than 250 attended the affair, which featured fashions from Guy LaRoche in Fashion Island and netted $13,000. According to consulting project director John Murray, the City of Santa Ana will require the “hotel†to assess each prospective tenant a small, to-be-determined charge to guard against long-term residency and to ensure that the shelter will not become another “mission.â€
