Adair to Coach Saddleback Baseball
Saddleback College has named Marshall Adair to succeed Jim Brideweser as head baseball coach. Brideweser had announced he would resign at the end of this season, his fourth as the Gaucho head coach.
Adair, 41, has served as an assistant at Saddleback for seven years. Before joining the Gauchos, he was the baseball coach at San Clemente for 11 years. As a player at Cerritos College, Adair was an All-American catcher and quarterback. He later played for the San Francisco Giants organization.
