A 15-pound rock apparently fell off a passing truck, bounced off the pavement and shattered the windshield of a small foreign car, fatally injuring its driver, a 28-year old Fontana woman, Fontana police reported. Migdalia Natal died 14 hours after she was struck by the rock, which missed her husband and child, who were riding with her, police spokeswoman Toni Schobe said. Officers were seeking the driver of the passing truck.
