Work Started on $3-Million Upland Center
Work has begun on the $3-million, 52,000-square-foot Upland Commerce Center on the northwest corner of Benson Avenue and Arrow Route.
Designed by Hastings-Lundstrom Architects, Costa Mesa, the 3.5-acre project will provide space for office, retail, industrial and mini-storage uses.
Trojan Enterprises is co-developer with Dave Shobe, who is also general contractor. Trojan Enterprises is also handling leasing from the firm’s corporate headquarters in Glendora.
Construction is expected to be completed this month.
