Office Center Opens Near Burbank Studios

Construction has been completed on the 40,000-square-foot Shamrock Center office building at 444 Lakeside Drive, near the Burbank Studios in Burbank.
Developed at a cost of more than $5 million, the building is a project of Shamrock Holdings Inc., which is already occupying the three-story building along with Shamrock Broadcasting. Both are owned by Roy E. and Patricia Disney, according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Group, which is handling Shamrock Center leasing.
