The Puddingstone Channel between Bonita Avenue and Arrow Highway will be widened and rebuilt under a $643,609 contract awarded by county supervisors to Belczak & Sons Inc. of Orange. Work on the channel, which runs near the La Verne-San Dimas border, is scheduled for completion within six months.
